Sal Iacono brings more than 30 years of experience to Cadillac Fairview with senior roles in real estate development, investments and asset management.

Prior to becoming CEO, Sal held the position of Executive Vice President, Operations at Cadillac Fairview. Sal is responsible for the continued operation and management of Cadillac Fairview’s portfolio and its growth strategy to support the long-term investment focus of the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Sal holds a Master of Business Administration degree from McGill University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Concordia University.
