Orlando Corporation was originally named Fidani and Sons was stablished more than 75 years ago with Carlo being the third generation running the company. The Company specializes in investment in, and the design, development, and management of, all types of industrial, office and retail properties. In total the company is estimated to own 40 million square feet of commercial real estate and industrial offices in the Greater Toronto Area.
